VOLUNTEERS

All volunteers are required under insurance and OH&S to wear shoes and highvis vests.

Registration occurs under the Club and we will provide a highvis vest and hat. Those who do 4 hours service will be awarded a t-shirt at the afternoon soiree and de-briefing. This normally starts at 5.00pm in the boat shed.

PRE RACING DAYS

Sunday 7 July: 3.00pm working bee

Sunday 7 July: 5.00pm whole club briefing

Tuesday 9 July: 5.00am site erection day

Wednesday 10 July: 5.00am teams, and boats delivery and scruinteenering day

Thursday 11 July: 5.00am scrutineering and racing day

Friday 12 July: 5.00am racing day and sponsors lunch

Saturday 13 July: 5.00am racing day

Sunday 14 July: 5.00am finals racing day; and 7.00pm event party to 1.00pm

VEHICLE DRIVERS

All drivers are required to sign indemnity declarations and provide license details before driving sponsor or borrowed assets. Please see Susan Young, Jan Gielis to pre-register. IRB AND RWC DRIVERS

We will be flying constantly for four days, and also need an extra observer for the live stream media drone team on Sunday.

THANK YOU PARTY

The event party starts Sunday night after 7.00pm and we invite all members to join us as a guest with live entertainment and 500 competitors. This is normally a wonderfully large night and should not be missed!
